It all begins with one of our professional consultants giving you a FREE consultation on your credit. Before the consultation begins, a consultant will thoroughly audit your credit history and determine a game plan for you to reach your goals.
During the actual consultation, our consultants will thoroughly explain to you the 4 federal laws and how we enforce them. You will then understand our process, how it works, and what your responsibilities will be throughout the next short 6 months.

6 PHASES TO SUCCESS
1. It all begins with a thorough background check on each creditor and collection agency to verify that there is a CURRENT license to collect in the state in which you reside. 2. The next step is to audit Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union. At this point, all public records, inquiries, late payments, charge offs, and collections will be investigated.
3. Next, based on the results from the initial investigation, we will send certified letters directly to the remaining collection agencies and creditors that are still reporting. At this point we are demanding validation and verification of the debts based on the (FDCPA).
4.Based on the creditors response, we will then conduct a revised validation of debt directly to the collection agencies and creditors.
5. We will then perform a final re-investigation to the three credit bureaus with the information resulting from the creditors and collection agencies.
6. Our final phase is to negotiate the remaining debts for a deletion based on payment. Your consultant will notify you before phase 6 begins to explain to you your options before proceeding.
